Our organization:

Under the direction of Cal Cruiser President Mel Sievers, the PGF National Championship coaching staff our Cal Cruisers 12u team is looking to add players to our team. Mel Sievers Cal Cruisers Organization has been well respected for many years and all its teams are on the rise. Cal Cruisers 18U Gold team finished 3rd this year 2018 PGF Premiere National Championship and consistently finishes in top 10 every year. The last 10 Cal Cruiser 18Gold teams have produced over 60 Division I players in Pac-12, Big Ten, Big West, ACC, Big 12 & SEC. We are committed to develop our young teams to follow in the footsteps of all of our Cruiser alumni.

Head Coach Tiffany Nekritz has extensive personal and coaching travel ball experience. She played travel softball (1990 – 2000) on local OC teams. She pitched and played 4 years of varsity softball at University High School . Her pitching style was taught by Ernie Parker (former pitching coach for multiple Olympic softball pitchers)

Currently her new 12u Cal Cruiser team is growing strong quickly. The team is almost complete and just looking for a few strong additions to the team. Her selected coaching staff are constantly working together to adjust and align with the teams overall goals. In the past, Coach Tiffany coached at Irvine High School and since has coached 2 years of rec ball with San Clemente Girls Softball and was on the coaching staff of the 2018 10U gold all-star team.

Her goal is to give the girls the tools they need to play the positions they desire and will commit the time to learning. She wants to build these players so they become confident young athletes. Also, constantly teaching and re-enforcing mechanics and applying new drills to bring her players up to the next level. Designated coaches will help run practices and highly qualified guest coaches will be brought in as well.
